W.E.C.A.R.E Announces Memorial Dedication Bench Fundraiser Sale

The West Elkton Community Action Revitalization Effort (W.E.C.A.R.E.), in partnership with the Village of West Elkton, is proud to introduce a new community fundraiser that brings people together while enhancing the spaces we all enjoy.
We are now offering beautiful memorial and dedication benches to be placed throughout West Elkton’s parks, trails, and common areas. Each bench provides a meaningful way to honor someone special—while also supporting the important work W.E.C.A.R.E. does year-round to strengthen our community.
Because each bench includes a customized dedication plaque, this program offers a heartfelt opportunity to:
Honor and remember a loved one who has passed
Give a unique and thoughtful gift to a family member, friend, or neighbor
Recognize a business, organization, or individual who has made a difference
Support the community in a way that is both lasting and visible
Benches will be thoughtfully placed in community parks and shared spaces, including walking trails and areas near sports fields and courts—locations where residents gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Installation on a concrete pad is included. While we will do our best to honor preferred placement requests, exact locations cannot be guaranteed.
