Constitution Preamble: We the members of W.E.C.A.R.E. (West Elkton Community Action Revitalization Effort), in order to foster a more beautiful, vibrant, and sustainable community within West Elkton, establish this Constitution to guide our actions and uphold our commitment to the improvement, maintenance, and enhancement of our village.

W.E.C.A.R.E. Steering Committee

W.E.C.A.R.E. - West Elkton Community Action Revitalization Effort - local residents helping make West Elkton a better place to live, work and play by improving common spaces, playgrounds, parks, commercial buildings and residences in need.
