Major Donor & Community Support Bring West Elkton Park Paving Project to Completion.

W.E.C.A.R.E. is proud to announce the recent completion of the paving of the West Elkton Community Park driveway and parking lot.

This project became reality thanks to a substantial donation from a generous supporter who prefers to remain anonymous, along with the continued support from our local community volunteers, various contributors and the support and help of the town of West Elkton.

The completion of this major project is a significant milestone for the West Elkton community. It enhances park accessibility in all types of weather and in all seasons, ensuring everyone can enjoy the park's amenities. It shows just how powerful community involvement can be.

Every donation, regardless of size, contributed to making this project possible. Every volunteer helped move things forward. And the town of West Elkton literally laid the groundwork for making the work possible to begin.

A Giant Shout Out to Town Hall!

We wish to extend our sincere gratitude to the West Elkton Town Council, Mayor, Fiscal Officer, and Maintenance Department, along with the Preble County Engineering Department.

Their dedicated work in replacing the collapsing culvert at the park entrance played a key role in allowing us to proceed with the paving project.

This collaboration exemplifies what can be achieved when a community unites to achieve a common goal. The teamwork displayed by local officials uniting with residents highlights the importance of each role in bringing about positive change.
